At Beumaxshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, don’t worry! Our simple Return and Refund Policy is here to assist you. Here’s how you can initiate a return:
1️⃣ Request a Refund:
Visit your Beumaxshop account on Beumaxshop.com or the app to request a refund. Don’t have a Beumaxshop account? Click “Save your Order” in your Beumaxshop order email to start the return process.
Find the relevant order in “Your Orders” and click “Return.”
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. Depending on the reason, you may need to provide additional information related to the order. Click “Next Step” to proceed.
If you don’t need to return the item, simply choose your preferred refund method – Beumaxshop credit balance or the original payment method. Click “Submit.”
For returns, you’ll have the option to choose your return and refund methods. Once you submit the request, we’ll provide you with a return label for free return shipping on your first return for EVERY order within 60 days from the purchase date.
2️⃣ Easy Return Steps:
Print and tape the provided return label on the outside of your return package.
Mail your package to the nearest USPS or UPS location, and you’re done!
Keep track of your refund status on your order details page or through Beumaxshop’s SMS/Email/Push notifications.
⏰ Return Window and Timelines:
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund.
Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days after submitting the return, or the return process will be terminated.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return:
Worn, washed, damaged, incomplete, or hygiene-sensitive clothing items.
Items are labeled as non-refundable.
Free gifts.
💰 Refund Process:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the return package.
If items are missing or not delivered, request a refund through “Return/other help” or contact our customer service.
Refunds may take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account.
You can opt for Beumaxshop credits, which have no expiration date and are faster than the original payment method. Beumaxshop credits are non-redeemable for cash.
📢 Important Reminders:
Use the provided return label address for your return package, NOT the sender’s address on your package.
Carefully check your return package to ensure you don’t include any items you don’t wish to return.
